With a deep passion for creating impactful learning experiences, she specializes in designing high-quality, customized training programs that drive engagement and ensure measurable outcomes.

In her role, Rhutuparna combines a robust foundation in instructional methodologies with a strategic approach to learning design. She excels in developing immersive eLearning frameworks, managing end-to-end project workflows, and mentoring teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
